Responsibilities

  • Advising senior business leaders and legal colleagues on complex legal issues, including external manufacturing contracts, strategy and dispute resolution and all supply chain-related aspects of business development transactions. Navigating complexity to deliver best solutions in transactions, complex contracts negotiation and litigation.
  • Accountability for providing efficient and effective support to the Supply Chain Business Development and External Manufacturing Teams, through a combination of support from yourself, external counsel, DRP and LCN.
  • Keeping aware of external environment and how it impacts GSKs organizational preparedness and offer suggestions as appropriate.
  • Partnering and managing the relationship with other senior lawyers to implement and share best practices across the legal function and with business stakeholders.
