Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Preparation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from various sources. Develop data pipelines and ensure data quality and consistency for analysis.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated data model and perform a range of analysis to develop and implement dashboards, monitor KPIs, improve analytics, operations and service line delivery.
  • Proactive data exploration and analysis to uncover trends and insights for performance improvement, meet financial performance expectations and to assist portfolio management decision making.
  • Devise and promote creative analytics and data visualization to show thoughtful, fit-for-purpose insights.
  • Supporting business line organizations with all data requirements and develop methods to improve data collection, data cleaning and metric calculation, ensuring the data is accurate and fit for purpose.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests, projects, and other activities as required from account leadership or service line leads.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and data management.
  • Providing support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Identifying and diagnosing system issues and determining the root cause of the problem.
  • Working closely with business analytics team to resolve complex technical issues and to develop solutions to recurring problems.
  • Providing training and support to end-users on how to use system applications effectively.
