Responsibilities

  • Work with various stakeholders and teams to develop the future DevSecOps state across the bank - great opportunity to interact with different teams and help automate pipelines across the enterprise.
  • Lead the creation of solution options and comprehensive end-to-end solutions and coordinate relevant stakeholders to support development initiatives; following a "build it, break it, fix it mentality". Build new reference and custom solutions to enable the delivery of technical solutions.
  • Review technical deliverables throughout detailed design and development phase to ensure quality adherence and identify gaps or redesign requirements as needed
  • Identify, recommend, source, negotiate and implement improvements/solutions (buy/build/reuse) to enhance customer experience, availability, and/or reduce cost in support of client needs
  • Work with technology partners to define metrics and performance goals for the solutions
  • Provide daily technical leadership for one or more scrum teams. Support the team by providing guidance and proactively identifying and resolving issues
  • Work independently and/or autonomously as a senior/lead on a diverse range of tasks/operational support of solutions
  • Expert advisor for technology partner teams, leading teams of engineers to perform DevSecOps maturity assessments for application teams. Assess current state and design solutions to achieve target state, provide support and consulting services as teams adopt the technology we build.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to engineers of all skill levels as they adopt modern DevSecOps into their daily work. Educate others on secure coding practices, automation capabilities, pipeline best practices, and more.
  • Strategize and formulate automated pipeline capabilities for application owners to improve efficiency and security through development.
  • Help improve the developer experience.
  • Build relationships with other technology/business/corporate/control functions.
  • Contribute to the advancement of the TD engineering practice through strong collaboration, research, analytic, and problem-solving skills
