Responsibilities

  • Support digital services throughout their lifecycle, supporting the project implementation, transition to service and ongoing maintenance & management.
  • Responsible for ensuring digital services are performing within operational parameters.
  • Involved in the collation of data and further coordination with System Administration staff to facilitate the correct set up of users on the relevant digital services.
  • Facilitate, train, coach and support end users of digital services, providing support on best practice throughout the project implementation and ensuring efficient ongoing utilisation of the system(s).
  • Assist in the development of teaching packages and a support infrastructure for a range of staff using the digital system(s).
  • Responsible for supporting the implementation of digital systems across ABUHB ensuring that they meet the needs and relevant standards of the organisation.
  • Resolve issues directly relating to digital services.
  • Resolve day to day system issues.
  • Identify and troubleshoot bugs & errors and provide a route cause analysis.
  • Work as part of a project team to plan and prepare for the implementation / upgrade of digital systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring digital services are performing within operational parameters.
  • Facilitate, train, coach and support end users of digital services, providing support on best practice throughout the project implementation and ensuring efficient ongoing utilisation of the system(s).
