Responsibilities

  • Responsible for helping to deliver against annual and long-range growth plans for the Convenience Retail channel. Specifically, this role will define a consumer anchored multi-year strategy for the channel and operationalize it, by creating the annual CR commercial plan to deliver revenue, volume and profit goals.
  • The role is highly cross-functional, with collaboration required across many teams (Category Commercialization, RGM, Capabilities, Freestyle, Marketing and Sales).
  • Define where to play and how to win for the CR Channel.
  • Provide thought leadership and critical thinking across a variety of organizational and business areas.
  • Work within and across teams to remove barriers to progress against business objectives.
  • Seek to understand and de-escalate conflicts with maturity and professionalism, while cultivating high-trust relationships.
  • Collaborate with Chief Customer Officer account teams to identify top growth opportunities for our System and our Customers.
  • Drive the design, development and deployment of comprehensive Customer 'value bundles' specific to the CR channel to drive Company revenue and value, as well as customer objectives (traffic, engagement, loyalty, experience and conversion).
  • Measure, evaluate and assess the effectiveness of value bundles, partners, programming and activation on a short and long-term perspective to help refine and inform investment and future strategies.
  • Support adoption of Collaborative Business Planning (CBP) and Collaborating for Value disciplines to strategically align 'value bundles' with consumer/guest opportunities.
