Responsibilities

  • Educate and Evangelize:
  • Craft a “data activation pitch deck” that showcases, using industry benchmark as well as internal case studies, the value and capabilities of utilizing data to drive elevated customer experience and enhanced business value
  • Quantify the “value of data” based on a variety of vectors including revenue generation, monetization/resale, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and cost efficiency/reduction
  • Educate the organization on what data is available for activation, where to find it, and how to gain access
  • Work with the data governance team to stand up an enterprise data catalogue to enable self-service
  • Leverage opportunities to present at staff meetings and townhalls to build awareness around the incremental value associated with new data-driven activations
  • Plan and execute an in-person “Data Activation Day” event to evangelize and crowd source new ideas across the organization
  • Identify and Prioritize:
  • Collaborate with discipline, continent, and channel owners to brainstorm opportunities (e.g., use cases, capabilities) to better leverage customer data to drive personalization at scale and to deliver incremental business value
  • Prioritize data activation opportunities based on a combination of strategic alignment, value delivery, and feasibility/level of effort
  • Develop an enterprise data activation roadmap
  • Deliver and Measure:
  • Work with cross-functional technology, data, and platform teams to enable efficient data delivery to enable omni-channel data activations
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and accessibility for activation purposes
  • Partner with Insights and Analytics team to measure activation results to ensure value delivery
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of audience strategists and activation specialists.
