  • Strong expertise in leading and optimizing global performance marketing teams, with a deep understanding of paid marketing channels and the ability to explore and test new avenues.

Responsibilities

  • Aligning and leading Brand, Field and Demand to create a strategic multi-channel global campaigns and pipeline generation strategy, resulting in improved audience experience, campaign effectiveness and predictable pipeline
  • Leading the launch and successful execution of campaigns, ensuring key metrics for brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline are met with your team of Field, Demand and Brand marketing leaders
  • In conjunction with the Head of Field Marketing:
  • Developing strategies to drive in region revenue and retention, localizing and optimizing through the partner channel, working closely with regional sales leadership, to ensure campaigns are amplified and targeted to region.
  • Overseeing the delivery of a global events strategy to drive brand awareness, customer upsell and loyalty and deliver net new lead opportunities.
  • Working with the Partner team to develop a partner strategy to engage, educate and activate reseller partners to develop co-strategies to support global campaign and revenue goals and deliver SQL pipeline
  • Optimizing opportunity with strategy partners to leverage brand and demand generation opportunities impacting overall brand awareness and engagement whilst supporting sales motions
  • In conjunction with the Head of Demand Generation:
  • Developing a global multi-channel demand generation strategy for scalable growth, optimizing paid channels and continually exploring new ones
  • Building an outbound marketing strategy and ABM framework aligned with sales objectives.
  • Owning the pipeline number working with the extended marketing team to define the growth plan, channel mix, data & analytics for iManage to drive net new and expansion leads across all segments
  • Driving the creation and optimization of programmatic customer journeys for acquisition and retention.
  • Analyzing and optimizing the demand generation portfolio continually for improved results.
  • In conjunction with the Head of Brand
  • Developing a global brand awareness strategy that drives awareness, resonance and engagement with iManage in existing and new markets /audiences.
  • Ensuring that brand awareness campaigns directly impact pipeline
  • Growing the marketing campaign management function by being hands-on with execution while mentoring and coaching the team to optimize and maximize efficiency across many channels.
  • Building cross functional relationships with the Director of Marketing Operations, Director of Product Marketing and Head of Content to ensure alignment on strategy, SLAs and go to market priorities to ensure company targets are met
  • Partnering with the Director of Marketing Operations to managing the field, event and demand gen budgets globally and setting/tracking KPIs reporting progress to the EVP and key stakeholders. Defining KPIs, iterating based on performance, and building systems for attribution.
  • Building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including sales leadership, marketing leads, product marketing, partner and customer success to develop go to market strategies that align with business OKRs
