Responsibilities

  • Build strategic partnerships with leadership on business issues to develop and enable the people and culture strategy in order to deliver against business objectives.
  • Actively participate on the leadership team to develop and handle the execution of people and culture strategies to ensure business objectives are achieved and coach and influence senior leaders.
  • Lead efforts to evaluate operating models, talent and capabilities, recommend, design, develop and implement organizational solutions to maximize effectiveness and deliver business objectives, including resource and succession planning, talent assessment, organization design and other strategies.
  • Actively champion diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, in partnership with business leaders, employees and center of expertise to guide and drive success of related initiatives.
  • Leverage data, analytics and external insights to coach and influence senior leaders on leader effectiveness and organizational health and other topics to drive current and future business performance, monitor and track key people and culture metrics and take appropriate actions to improve outcomes.
  • Lead the execution of core people processes throughout the year, such as goal setting, talent reviews, compensation planning, mid year and year end performance discussions, engagement survey and action planning and forecasting resource needs, in partnership with finance team accordingly.
  • Participate as an active member of the human resources community, building relationships across the team and supporting other initiatives and projects while identifying and sharing strategies and solutions.
  • Provide expert consultative guidance for initiating strategic long-range goals and objectives. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
  • You will be connected to the pulse of the Atlanta DT&D team, make critical connections between Atlanta employees and HR partners/available resources, play an active role in hiring efforts and act as point of contact for local employee relations issues that may arise.
