Requirements

  • This position may sit in any of the listed locations; we support a hybrid flexible working arrangement (minimum 3 days in the office and 2 days at home)
  • A minimum of 12 years of overall experience, at least 5 years leading organizational change and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives, with demonstrated abilities to develop and implement business strategies in a large organization is required
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. A "change agent"
  • Strong presentation and executive presence, communication, and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to develop and leverage relationships
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to make the "business case" for IDEB, including the business case for incremental investments
  • Excellent interpersonal, communicative, and organizational skills are required
  • Strong leader with a proven track record of demonstrated good judgment and creativity. Excellent writer, project leader, and strong presentation skills are required
  • Experience in leading Change Management practices. Expert-level knowledge of the development, execution, and management of innovative programs, and ADP organizational savvy. Strong business grounding with an understanding of linking business strategy with the IDEB strategy
  • Must have experience in which the following skills were demonstrated at a highly proficient level: data analysis, project management, interpersonal communication, consulting, influencing and people leadership
  • Ability to motivate, influence and lead others through a variety of deliverables
  • Strong consulting and problem solutions skills
  • Strong relationship development and collaboration skills
  • A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:

Responsibilities

  • Analyze organizational metrics to highlight opportunities for strengthening IDEB across the enterprise
  • Develop strategies and programs that address areas of opportunity and supports ADP's business objectives. This individual acts as a liaison to senior leadership and implements specific programs and initiatives that address these opportunities in partnership with talent acquisition, talent management and learning, the HR leadership team, and supplier diversity
  • Create and execute programs. You will ensure the success of our IDEB programs by coordinating key stakeholders, promoting awareness, streamlining processes, and ensuring participant satisfaction
  • Create an internal network of champions to communicate consistent messaging, share best practices, facilitate problem solving and help advance the IDEB vision and mission across all businesses and functions
  • Design and implement metrics, monitoring, and reporting systems to effectively benchmark organizational progress
  • Establish framework for measuring impact of the IDEB strategy and other strategic initiatives
  • Partner with People Analytics team to develop and deliver meaningful metrics to drive business leaders' accountability
  • Assist in developing the company's IDEB strategy and associated action planning, ensuring a compelling business case for diversity is a key business driver
  • Partner with HR to ensure HR practices and processes support the achievement of workforce diversity and compliance with ADP's philosophy and principles
  • Develop and deliver IDEB awareness and educational programs
  • Provide and present executive-level strategy presentations to ensure enterprise-wide implementation
  • Develop and maintain primary relationships with external consultants, facilitators, and vendors while monitoring performance against assigned projects
  • Provide consultation and partners with Global Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partner team on recruitment and retention issues including the development of external professional networks and associations that will position ADP as an employer of choice
  • Provide thought leadership in the IDEB and talent arena. Represent ADP at conferences and client meetings, educating the marketplace on effective strategies that drive inclusion and diversity
