  • Skills:
  • Experienced with consumer products and new product development.
  • Familiar with EE and acoustic bench test equipment for lab testing and debugging.
  • Familiar with automated test software development, including python or similar scripting languages.
  • Effective bridging from a small core team working with and within large organizations.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of electrical design and validation in consumer electronics.
  • Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners, and remote development teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the video game industry is not required, but interest and passion for gaming experience, digital entertainment, consumer electronics, and technology is vital

Responsibilities

  • Comfortable operating independently as a self starter for the full electrical system development process from circuit design through to validation testing and automated test development in the lab.
  • Build and maintain the hardware-in-the-loop test infrastructure to support detailed testing and rapid iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing partners from concept to mass production.
  • Lead hardware debug and issue resolution with partner teams and companies.
  • Anticipate and respond to challenges in manufacturing.
