  • Lead Hardware design changes and improvements based on DFM, market feedback, business strategy etc.
  • Support R&D teams members with key projects and tasks.
  • Arrange and support Hardware test and validation activities.
  • Support Hardware debug and problem resolution.
  • Provide technical Hardware support and assistance to the wider Xerotech team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to our hardware products.
  • Assist Account Managers and the Sales team with any hardware expertise during aftersales support.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding hardware products, troubleshooting, and product functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide technical assistance.
