Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of globally and regionally focused individuals across the source to pay process, ensuring flawless operational execution, identifying and driving process improvements, and overseeing the implementation of initiatives for future scalability.
  • Manage a team overseeing global supplier enrollment, PO creation, invoicing, and payment operations executed by our BPO partner, to deliver process excellence focusing on efficiency, quality, controls, and compliance to local regulations.
  • Lead your team to leverage data to identify, prioritize, implement, and measure process improvements that enhance and optimize the control environment, drive standardization and continuous improvement, and scale with growth.
  • Lead your team to partner with various business and Finance teams to implement process improvements: determine constraints and dependencies, define timelines, allocate resources, assist with testing, evaluate design alternatives and implications on operations, and help drive projects to completion.
