Responsibilities

  • Support BU PF&A team to assist consolidation (and plugs) on monthly forecast/flash & commentary.
  • Finance/Commercial support to BU through Slide Deck preparation & other Adhoc analysis.
  • Completion of relevant BU team Incentive plan/results & co-ordination with Comp & Benefits team.
  • Agreement/accountability of forecast/actual accuracy and commentary.
  • Delivery of rolling forecast and budget (of Group spend – Marketing/R&D)
  • Loading of Forecasts to One-Stream.
  • Standardization and delivery of Territory Performance reporting.
  • Support People Planning (through Group/Marketing/R&D employees) and ensure that process results in accurate Budget/Actual reporting
  • Delivery of the budget/Operating Plan (including People Planning) to leverage accurate Business Incentives/Compensation.
  • Support to BU FD on (consolidation of) monthly close call/business call commentaries.
  • Excellent One-stream, MSTR, excel proficiencies.
