Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models and analyses to support business decisions
  • Prepare updates apprising management on the state of the business
  • Monitor firm performance and proactively highlight issues and opportunities (including, cost analysis, revenue monitoring, utilization, leads reports, pricing, etc.)
  • Team with local offices and regional finance team to prepare analyses and support ad hoc requests
  • Streamline and digitize reporting and analysis processes
  • Support forecast and budget process, working with local offices, functions and regions
  • Summarize global results and prepare executive level presentations of plans and performance
  • Team on high priority Executive Committee projects that have the potential to significantly impact overall firm performance-provide analysis expertise, structure and solve problems, and communicate solutions.
  • Examples of projects include: Redefining the strategic planning process, integrating inputs across a matrix of functions, industries and geographies
  • Supporting investment discussions; enhancing acquisition strategy
  • Supporting changes in metrics to enhance business reporting
  • Enhancing reporting and analysis of new businesses
