Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing assessment and optimization of all global compensation strategies for Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo and Versace.
  • Administer the equity program including processing new grants and maintaining grant files and approvals
  • Maintain bonus accrual files for corporate bonuses and partner with finance to update expected attainment and coordinate year-end payment with finance
  • Process and distribute Target Agreement Forms for corporate bonus plans
  • Participate in the administration of the annual merit and variable pay plan process
  • Complete annual salary survey submissions globally and analyze survey results
  • Conduct competitive pay benchmarking analyses and financial modeling
  • Perform statistical analysis, data modeling and costing of global total rewards programs
  • Prepare charts and graphs for presentations regarding compensation, benefits, and HR analytics initiatives
