Responsibilities

  • Strategic lead responsible for developing creative strategies that are informed by data insights, enhancing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and creative projects.
  • Think creatively and strategically to conceptualise campaigns developing multiple concepts translating business objectives into creative assets that are targeted to specific audiences across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to craft compelling narratives for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging, and producing high-quality design at high volumes.
  • Present creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve outputs and recommend adjustments to creative approaches based on data insights to enhance engagement, and conversions.
  • Work closely with the global marketing team supporting a creative environment that is conducive to creative development and sharing, facilitating brainstorming sessions and encouraging out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance creative processes, including image and content generation and stay informed about the latest AI technologies integrating them into workflow to improve efficiency and creativity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
  • Track and report on performance of creative assets, using insights and learnings to inform future projects.
  • Proficient in analysing business reports and translating them into engaging infographics and graphic design concepts that promote clarity and insightful understanding.
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of projects within budget and on brand.
  • Test designs for usability and quality where appropriate.
  • Maintain organised files and documentation for all projects.
