  • Meet regularly with other Knix functional teams (Digital Advertising, Product Design, Social Media) to gather insights into initiatives, products, and customers while conducting independent research into trends and topics influencing the intimates category and apparel industry
  • Work closely with the creative team to manage brand consistency by implementing type and design standards and updating brand guidelines as the brand evolves
  • Mentor graphic designers on other projects and maintain a strong design eye on all in-progress assets
  • Translate overarching concepts and ideas into compelling visual assets
  • Confidently handle large-scale design projects requiring complex design systems
  • Manage projects and deliverables in adherence to the brand campaign and launch calendar
