Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business, HR or related discipline, preferably with a CHRL or CHRM designation.
  • 7+ years progressive HR experience with demonstrated knowledge in the area of client relationship management
  • Ability to lead multiple, competing strategic priorities to execution
  • Strong leadership, relationship development, influencing and persuasion skills
  • Comfort with presenting complex business issues to leaders and executives in a clear and compelling manner, including facilitating cross-functional business meetings with complex issues including Operating Models
  • Ability to interpret conceptual business or project objectives, and assess impact on HR in order to define and articulate an inspiring future vision without having all the details
  • Demonstrated ability in planning and strategic support to translate complex business initiatives projects with moderate to high degree of impact to the organization into clear, consistent and systematic HR Strategy.
  • A detail oriented, collaborative, proactive and results oriented style with demonstrated success in leading and working on projects and project teams as a team player
  • Strong integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Director, Talent Acquisition and the business to create and execute on a Digital Recruitment strategy to meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Support in building a strategy to attract key talent, as well as retain and develop high potential colleagues, ensuring robust IDP’s are in place to support our succession planning process.
  • As a strategic and experienced HRBP, use sound judgment supported by human resource acumen and practical experience, to lead the development and implementation of strategic change initiatives for the client group, including organizational design, operating model, assessment and gap identification, communications and change management deliverables.
  • Establish annual goals and priorities by leading the analysis and diagnosis of client needs, influence the direction for new or revised services, programs, processes, standards or operational plans, based upon the departments or functions longer term strategies.
  • Align the business strategies with HR strategic objectives to add value to the client, leading through issues which are complex and arise from broad internal or external issues.
  • Play a leadership role to recognize barriers to success and facilitate proactive solutions that support a performance driven culture with a focus on talent management, coaching and mentoring clients on talent reviews, performance management, succession and building a talent pipeline for hipos.
  • Operate as a key enabler to the business as it drives engagement, Blue Culture and our b3 initiatives by counseling, guiding, facilitating, and allowing the business to own colleague engagement and the sustainment of culture.
  • Support the delivery and deployment of HR and cross-functional programs and processes by fostering and maintaining strong internal relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders
  • Serve as a coach and confidante to leaders around people and organizational issues, leadership development, and act as an advocate for colleagues
  • Promote, educate and train on diversity and recognition programs at client level
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the broader HR team through effective training, coaching and team building.
  • Ensures that the interests of colleagues and company are considered in accordance with HR policies and applicable government laws and regulations – i.e.: ESA, Human Rights Code
  • Other duties as required and assigned.
