What is the main responsibility of the (Senior) HR Project Manager at Zalando?
The main responsibility is to manage P&O projects related to process improvement, corporate culture, employee satisfaction, and retention for central teams in Berlin and decentralized teams in logistics locations in Germany and internationally.
What types of P&O projects will I be managing?
You will manage projects of medium to high complexity, such as transformation projects in HR services and support for the introduction of new services for our logistics sites in Europe.
Do I need prior project management experience to apply?
Yes, prior experience as a project manager, for instance from a consulting firm or as a project leader/HR business partner, is required.
How important are communication skills for this role?
Very important. You need to have excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and verbal.
