Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will administer HR policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. You’ll also provide comprehensive HR support to a designated client group in recruitment and retention of critical talent, continuous performance coaching and management, problem identification and resolution, and development for more effective leadership decision and communication skills.
  • Generating solutions and implementing with input from more senior HR teammates
  • Anticipating and planning for long-term human resource needs and trends
  • Assuring company policies are administered fairly and consistently
  • Performing advanced employee relations functions
  • Conducting complex/sensitive employee related investigations
  • Handling worker’s compensation, first report of injury database and safety regulations process
  • Coordinating the administration of all Leave of Absence programs and processes including transitional work and accommodations
  • Conducting employee and supervisor training
