Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee relations, benefit inquiries, pay, and other human resources issues.
  • Develop, implement and administer human resources programs, policies, processes, and procedures designed to attract, retain, and reward employees globally in alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • Perform assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within HR.
  • You will work both individually as well as a part of a team.
  • Display core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Partner with leadership to address project needs.
  • Handle international onboarding and support international employees while observing and adhering to local labor laws.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Be responsible for weekly HR reports (HR program status, Staffing Level, ER Status) providing critical analysis to identify concerns.
  • Provide ongoing Supervisor Training (Progressive Discipline, Leave Management, Conflict Management, etc.).
  • Complete and submit PTFs (Personnel Transaction Forms) for approval and processing.
  • Travel approximately 25-40% of the time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
