Responsibilities

  • Coach and Advise : Provide expert guidance to Team Members and Team Leaders on HR policies, ensuring they have the right information to navigate their HR needs and help resolve complex issues .
  • Ensure Follow Through : Oversees tracking and resolution of issues raised by Team Members and Team Leaders.
  • Collaborate for Solutions : Work closely with HR colleagues in Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and other departments to address recurring issues and improve processes.
  • Continuous Improvement : Participate in ongoing efforts to streamline and enhance HR transactional processes, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our teams.
  • Ensure Consistency : Uphold consistency in the interpretation and application of HR programs, policies, and guidelines, providing clarity and support where needed.
  • Be a Key Representative : Represent HR Shared Services to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers, maintaining strong relationships across the business.
