Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead relationship management with strategic IT outsourcing partners including Cloud service providers and their entire contract lifecycle, from negotiations, commencement, dispute resolution and termination of services
  • Oversee contract performance and license management in collaboration with the IT operations team and ensure compliance with terms and conditions throughout the entirety of the contract lifecycle
  • Create and maintain IT outsourcing performance dashboards, KPIs and reporting standards
  • Redefine, enhance and document operating model, governance and oversight policies and processes
  • Regularly review the third-party reports (e.g. SOC 2) and ensure mapping of Complementary User Entity Controls (CUECs) and effective Cloud provider controls with internal control framework
  • Support problem management resulting from critical, repetitive and/or major incidents in collaboration with internal stakeholders and outsourcing partners
  • Ensure root-cause analysis is conducted by the outsourcing partner and preventive, corrective action plans are followed through with any learning applied for future benefit
  • Create management decision-papers, status reports and other documentation to provide transparency
  • Act as project manager and coordinate outsourcing partner related changes, renegotiations, commencement of new services in close collaboration with the responsible IT operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, relevant standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities in the respective service and outsourcing agreements in close collaboration with the responsible IT operations teams
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure that the contract scope, terms, and budget are aligned with the organization's business objectives
  • Act as a point of contact to third-party(-ies), service providers as well as within the Core IT Services, Risk Management, IT Audit, IT Legal, IT Compliance, Information Security, Business Resilience, Sourcing & Procurement, Finance and other cross-functions
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in IT services and cloud outsourcing practice
