Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise and deliver innovative solutions to HR Partners and leaders on ER matters, corrective actions and performance management.
  • Work across multiple business lines and to conduct ER investigations in accordance with best practices, guidelines and key ER principles.
  • Works in partnership with ER team, HRPBs and Legal Department and relevant partners to lead thorough and objective investigations regarding complaints of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct and serious policy violations.
  • Serve as first point of contact for PX team and HRBPs for managing and resolving ER related matters.
  • Responsible for providing guidance and training to PX Advisors to support their development in managing ER issues.
  • Partner with ER Director to develop strategies to support the business and PX team, and proactively develop solutions to address trends to support attraction, retention and development of talent and capabilities across the business.
  • Analyze ER trends and recommend actions, solutions and strategies to address opportunities.
  • Identify and implement digital tools and resources to support ER function and deployment of ER related data. This includes a platform for case management, utilization of data analytics/reporting, and trend analysis to support people related solutions and business objectives.
  • Leverage data, dashboards and analytics to show progress and trends across Vertex goals, and support process optimization.
  • Lead special projects that positively impact our workforce, promote company values and enhance the employee experience.
