Responsibilities

  • Manage the corporate project portfolio by ensuring transparency, prioritizing initiatives and managing interdependencies to drive coherent and well aligned project execution.
  • Lead and support in the preparation of board and senior management presentations with a very high visibility (supervisory board, broad audiences, investors, media, …) incl. management of interfaces with other functions such as Investor Relations, Corporate Communications or Group Controlling.
  • Support in the development and continuous update of a savvy and competitive company strategy.
  • Monitor market and customer insights, to ongoingly keep senior management updated and translate them into growth measures and activities across brands, channels and regions.
  • Utilize a broad range of analytical methods to evaluate a diverse range of strategic matters and provide fact-based backgrounds for management decision-making.
  • Lead and support in strategic initiatives from ideation and business case development to project execution and implementation.
