Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Proactively lead, prioritize, sequence, and support the delivery of strategic HR priorities and initiatives: organizational, team, and culture, including acquisition integration activities.
  • Develop and execute change plans in support of key organizational and team evolution.
  • Transition teams and organizations from the current state to the desired future state, covering areas such as role design, workflow, and team effectiveness, from announcement to adoption.
  • Proactively lead programs for various culture, organizational, and team initiatives; determine the best delivery method and engagement plan.
  • Build key HR and business partner relationships across Cardiology and our COEs.
  • Work closely with COE divisional contacts and partners to align divisional HR strategy with overall COE initiatives.
  • Leverage the right tools and resources at the right time, partnering with COEs to design or adapt existing content.
  • Establish a high level of proficiency in our HR dashboards and ensure the effective use of data in generating important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all key HR programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor progress, address challenges, and adapt plans to ensure successful outcomes.
