Responsibilities

  • Automate the monitoring of marketing campaign controls and reporting and being able to quickly investigate campaign alerts both in the legacy Marketing Database (MDB) and in Salesforce.
  • Work with internal Campaign Ops team members to understand campaign logic for approx. 300+ Marketing campaigns in both MDB and Salesforce.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of business criteria with internal clients to ensure campaign logic is correct and working as expected.
  • Count and data validation for campaigns in MDB and Salesforce.
  • Implement new quality controls for the new campaigns and/or migrating existing controls into Salesforce while maintaining controls in MDB.
  • Have a clear understanding of all the different data sources in the SXM ecosystem that would be available for Marketing in the MDB or Salesforce.
