Responsibilities

  • 1. Works with the organization's leadership team to assess and diagnose organizational needs relative to business performance gaps; design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, context, and framework and set plans to resolve gaps, including process optimization, service delivery, as well as talent reach and pipeline expansion.
  • 2. Partners with the Center of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and the DEI councils design and implement strategies and initiatives to attract and hire a diverse workforce that mirrors the communities we serve.
  • 3. Develops deep knowledge about the organization’s business model, the consumer, competitive, political, and social environments in which the organization operates, and understanding the importance of actively engaging with and shaping these environments.
  • 4. Functions as an engaged, trusted partner with HR and business leaders.
  • 5. Builds and maintains relationships with the community benefits team, external community partners, agencies, education institutions, and professional networks to expand the candidate pipeline.
  • 6. Innovates creative approaches to attract talent and manage recruitment budgets (advertising, job fairs, etc.), allocate resources effectively, and track key recruitment metrics to assess the success of strategies.
  • 7. Establishes and monitors recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure the team's performance meets or exceeds goals.
  • 8. Utilizes data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process to increase efficiency and effectiveness and provide seamless candidate experience.
  • 9. Collaborates with marketing and communication teams in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • 10. Participates and collaborates with the HR technology team, as part of the TA leadership team, in any TA related technology projects and improvements.
  • 11. Stays current with emerging healthcare industry trends, talent acquisition tools and technologies and integrate relevant practices into the team's operations.
  • 12. Develops regular cadence and rigor of communications through reporting and presentations like the Quarterly Operation Review (QOR) to inform entity executives and advisory groups about talent acquisition progress, opportunities, and insights to inform business decisions.
