Responsibilities

  • Approved schedules are only to be booked post approval from the Investment team (no approval - no booking - no PO - no booking)
  • Ensure all media is secured and booked with the media partner/ Salesnet timeously – issue CI’s and sign IO’s & contracts
  • Check that all contracts match the media schedule.
  • Develop and create chase lists and share with relevant stakeholders
  • Chase and ensure creative material and flighting codes are received timeously.
  • Share flighting codes and creative material delivery report with relevant partners
  • Notify media planner of any changes requires timeously
  • Load / sync media schedules onto NAV accurately with all relevant detail required for accurate billing and value tracking (rate card & discount)
  • Check & Load according to proper media type, medium unit code and vendor naming conventions
  • Pull a campaign Navision report to check that the totals balance the schedules.
  • Process all changes on Navision timeously and keep accurate record of this for auditing purposes
  • Collaborate with planners to track PO against billings and keep accurate record of this.
  • Update Navision with actuals monthly across all live campaigns (post campaign & actualization data)
  • Ensure planners sign off unbilled reports and that billing is processed on-time according to relevant client requirements
  • Resolve finance queries timeously
  • Ensure KPI’s are met on dentsu commercial agenda (trading / Salesnet)
  • Ensure timesheets are up to date monthly
  • Complete all dentsu mandatory training and HR check-ins timeously
