Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering
  • Deep understanding of routing protocols, particularly BGP and OSPF
  • Experience with wireless networks and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls, tunneling protocols (IPSEC, GRE), and advanced Layer 2 protocols (Spanning Tree, LACP, HSRP, MPLS)
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale network deployments and troubleshooting complex network issues
  • Experience with network security practices, tools, and protocols
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bonus:
  • Relevant certifications such as Network+, JNCIE, CCNP, or CCIE
  • Hands-on experience in implementing robust network security measures (ACLs, NAC, Port Security, AAA)
  • Experience with Fortigate firewalls
  • Experience with Aruba and Juniper

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage complex network solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security
  • Conduct detailed network analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network operation
  • Implement and manage Next-Generation Firewalls, ensuring network security across all layers
  • Configure and maintain tunneling protocols including IPSEC and GRE for secure network communication
  • Develop and implement BGP routing policies, configurations, and optimization strategies for improved network efficiency and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network infrastructure
  • Assist with incident response for network issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in network engineering
