Responsibilities

  • The post holder will provide senior support and expert knowledge to the team as well as managing our patient pathway coordinators.
  • The role will oversee staff management and administrative and clerical processes to enable a high quality, effective, patient focused service to be delivered.
  • The post holder will ensure achievement of all performance targets for the administrative team and will have the ability to resolve local issues.
  • The role will work closely with clinicians including senior Consultants and the Assistant Service Manager to ensure the effective running of the service.
  • The purpose of this post is to ensure and participate in providing an effective administration service for Benign Gynaecology at the Royal London Hospital to the multidisciplinary team in the Barts Health networked service.
