  • Triage and configure Workday enhancements or fixes for HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Timecards, Absence/Leaves, and reporting
  • Support implementation of Workday Payroll for U.S. and international setup; maintain payroll security configuration and assignments
  • Build and maintain organizational hierarchies, custom objects, and custom security roles
  • Partner with People Operations and Payroll teams to solidify and document business requirements related to programs to be executed through Workday and other technologies
  • Co-create, with process owners, the most efficient business processes
  • Be a conduit between the People and Payroll teams to answer questions or escalate issues as needed and prioritize technology fixes and enhancements
  • Assist with broadening internal knowledge of Workday configuration through hands-on training to cross-functional teams
  • Build reports to support Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and other areas of the Workday product
  • Drive adoption and usage of Workday technology changes and new functionality launches across the People Team
