Candidates should have a Master's, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5+ years of proven experience in platform architecture and high-performance memory systems.

Preferred experience includes platform architecture development, advanced packaging techniques, high-performance memory devices like HBM, 2.5D and 3D interconnects, power delivery and thermal architectures, and contributions to SoC and memory system design.

This will be a hybrid role based out of either the Folsom or San Jose, CA offices.
