Responsibilities

  • - The role will cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase.
  • - Work with other member of the project management team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects in education construction projects.
  • - Recent experience in project delivery of RIBA Stages 0 to 7 is required.
  • - Lead project management commissions taking overall responsibility for their successful delivery.
  • - Liaise directly with clients, oversee project management team members with their duties.
  • - Ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time.
  • - Planning, directing and supervising all operations included in moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity and financial impact.
  • - Have a passion for first class service deliver, implementing best practice and continuous improvement and promoting AECOM externally.
  • - Supporting the development of proposal for new work.
  • - Be specifically responsible for delegated business development / marketing objectives.
