What qualifications are required for the Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner position?
The post holder must hold an accredited Post Graduate Certificate, Diploma, or accredited Top-Up Certificate in Low Intensity CBT based interventions.
What is the structure of the Step 2 team?
The Step 2 team consists of a PWP Lead, 4 Senior PWPs, qualified and trainee PWPs, Therapy Assistants, and Honorary staff, along with Counsellors, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, a physical activity co-ordinator, and an employment advice team.
What kind of supervision will the post holder provide?
The post holder will provide case management and clinical skills supervision to Trainee PWPs and Qualified PWPs under the direction of the PWP Team Lead and Service Lead.
Is there an induction process for new starters?
Yes, all new starters will undergo a comprehensive induction lasting up to two weeks, which will include mandatory training, systems training, and an opportunity to meet the executive team and senior managers.
Is there a probationary period for this position?
Yes, this post will be subject to a probationary period, but internal applicants may be exempt unless they are currently undergoing a probationary period or are bank staff.
Is there a high cost area supplement for this role?
Yes, this position attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary, with a minimum payment of £4,551 and a maximum payment of £5,735 per annum.
