Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the brand at wholesale retail in Spain.
  • Partner with the IRM Director to design, develop and execute Converse Spain strategic plan in the short and mid-term, playing a strong role at every phase of the gameplan, identifying territory needs and opportunities and ensuring that Brand objectives are aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Execute campaign with excellence, acting as the ultimate guardian of the Brand and ensuring that Brand guidelines are implemented in any account activity. Build relationships with third party agency partners, ensuring Converse works with the best in class, most creative and disruptive partners.
  • Design and deliver elevated product and brand journeys across channels, aligned with the overall Converse Western Europe strategy and Concept Map, and tailored to address creators' needs and insights.
  • Optimize the consumer's omnichannel experience, focusing on Key Trade zones and digital channels to ultimate driving conversion and sell-through.
  • Partner with the rest of the Brand Team (Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Comms) to ensure consistency of plans and drive true omnichannel executions.
  • Ensure the success of campaigns by establishing a clear set of KPIs upfront and by optimizing plans during & after campaign periods.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with wholesales accounts, based on reliability and mutual trust, fostering a one-team way of working and a win-win mindset.
  • Own and manage budget, ensuring plans are executed within estimates, invoices are received and paid on time and within Nike's stewardship policy, and that updated budget is shared regularly with the Retail Brand Ops coordinator.
  • People management, overseeing the daily work of 1 resource. Be invested in the growth and development of the talent in the team.
