Responsibilities

  • Helps establish and implement results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the Sr Training Delivery area, under direct supervision.
  • Actively supports Business Process Management team by building curriculum and training leadership, process owners and writers.
  • Supports other leadership training initiatives as needed (IE Leadership development trainings, Leadership workshops, etc)
  • Coordinates and schedules new hire orientation classes, refresher, and cross trainings within each department.
  • Responsible for ongoing development of training staff and improvement of training skills within in the team.
  • Leads interdepartmental training meetings and update team on changes/needs for the business.
  • Completes simple business impact assessments based on forecasted changes within the Sr Training Delivery field to support the development of modification strategies.
  • Engages with other training design and development professionals to collect and coordinate subject matter expertise to collaborate on and influence the design and development of key curriculums, and to ensure that the proper curriculums are developed using the appropriate learning medium.
  • Applies functional knowledge to complete performance analysis with business leaders to identify performance gaps to facilitate appropriate training interventions aimed to improve business performance and value.
  • Manages participant performance to ensure strict adherence to company standards and policies, providing critical feedback to management to effectively manage the administration of company performance management processes in new hire situations with appropriate business and educational management.
  • Develops and conducts comprehensive follow-up assessments to determine the effectiveness, quality, and Return on Investment (ROI) of training programs to advance and grow quality programs.
