  • Work with the UX Data Analyst to ensure analytics are set up to provide user behaviour data and product performance benchmarks to guide design

  • Help your product team to truly understand the underlying behaviours and needs of our users and work with other UX designers to align behavioural theories and and how they are applied in design
  • Define the customer / user journey and their needs to inform both the product roadmap and UX design

  • Create sketches, sitemaps, wireframes, lightweight prototypes and visual designs to experiment and iterate the design of the product
  • Ensure consistency of design and UX across the product by adhering to the design principles set out in the Evri Design system
  • Ensure features are implemented by engineering as designed and adheres to best practice accessibility guidelines
