Responsibilities

  • Physical preparation: preparing samples, references, solutions etc
  • Training preparation: programming EyeQuestion tests
  • Creating panel lexicons and training sheets
  • Planning training and rating sessions, including validation before sessions
  • Ordering references for panel and other supplies e.g. internal incentives if needed
  • Keeping inventories of stock (store room, fridge, freezer, etc)
  • Prepping for & running internal and external screening interviews and preparing results
  • Running extra sessions for new panellists
  • Sending internal test invites
  • Monitoring internal panel attendance and processing vouchers
  • Leading expert panel sessions
  • Ensuring that the lab is clean and tidy
  • Keeping panel manager informed of panel session progress
  • Writing reports for discrimination tests
  • Data analysis and writing descriptive test reports
  • Monitoring panel performance and preparing ring test results
  • Leading panel sessions in the absence of the panel leader
  • Ensuring maintenance of PepsiCo ISO standards with maintenance of daily records, creating calibrations, ensuring stocks of calibrations, etc.
  • For non-routine projects (PQB for example): leading training, test, reviewing panel performance and reporting
