Requirements

  • Business Administration, Finance or Economics related degrees. A graduate degree is considered an asset.

  • You’ll be comfortable travelling to cities across Canada (when deemed safe to do so by applicable public health or regulatory authorities and PwC)
  • This role requires that you are legally entitled to work for PwC in Canada for the intended duration of the offer/contract.
  • We'd love it even more if you’re bilingual in English and French, however this isn't a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Our Transfer Pricing (TP) team provides advice to companies on managing their international tax liabilities relating to their cross-border transactions with related parties. You’ll review and analyze business facts, perform economic and financial analysis, write technical reports and memoranda, and provide research support to the team.
  • You’ll be required to understand business facts, trends and circumstances, while performing industry and comparative analysis of various companies. You’ll draft client deliverables, including short memos and transfer pricing documentation.
  • You’ll interact with your counterparts within the global network of PwC firms to address international aspects of your analyses. On certain assignments, you’ll also work with other tax, assurance and consulting practitioners to provide a comprehensive service to our clients.
  • You’ll also be part of teams communicating with and preparing submissions for the Canadian and foreign tax authorities, as part of the tax dispute resolution process.
