Responsibilities

  • Risk and regulatory requirements have never been higher on the boardroom agenda. Our Risk Assurance professionals help organizations effectively manage their risks and increasingly complex regulatory requirements. We help clients demonstrate that, whatever the threat, there's a plan in place to deal with and mitigate that risk.
  • As an Associate working towards your CPA designation, you'll complete a three-year Risk Assurance Services CPA program, based on rotational placements across our business groups for three years. This ensures exposure to key areas of our risk assurance services practice and a wide variety of projects and assignments to actively work on.
  • You will gain exposure to the following areas within Risk Assurance Services:
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Assist companies to develop and maintain strong ERP controls which allow them to get the best performance and value from their ERP investments.
  • Performance Assurance: Provide clients with custom, end-to-end solutions that help them build trust and provide transparency to their internal and external stakeholders, helping them create a business that their customers, partners and investors can trust.
  • Internal Audit: Use the foundational attributes of internal audit to help lift clients’ performance against a broad spectrum of risks. Gain functional and industry insights, work on large multinational companies, and help clients enhance their internal audit function by providing more value-added insights to the business.
  • Data Analysis: Help clients manage their data better and feel confident that the information generated from their business data is reliable and can help them make the right business decisions.
  • Once you’ve completed the program, you'll have the opportunity to align yourself with one of the areas of the Risk Assurance Services practice.
  • With connectivity being a key enabler of our strategy, our objective is to become the most connected firm - connected to our clients, our communities and to each other. PwC follows an Activity Based Work model, where our PwC professionals engage in a diverse range of activities from our offices, from client sites, or our home.
