  • Strong team handling skills are essential, as the role requires daily interaction with partner engineers to coordinate activities, share knowledge, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Proven track record in generating Joint Measurement Reports (JMR), documenting and analyzing performance metrics, and achieving/completing assigned targets, demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to provide on-site support for escalated calls, quickly assessing and resolving issues within the stipulated time frame to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize downtime.
  • Understanding and following up the laid down EHS aspects, EHS responsibilities shall have topmost priority.
  • Candidate must be Conversent with engineer aspects of MV GIS e.g. SLD, Scheme understanding, ability to modify the schemes based upon customer requirement. Knowledge on numerical relays are essential. Programing aspects of the Relays shall be an added advantage.
  • Should possess experience of preparing site reports, Switchgear Testing reports and MoM , Preparing Projects MIS and focus on customer first culture.
