Responsibilities

  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Begrüßung und Betreuung unserer Gäste und Kund:innen.
  • Sie nehmen die Kund:innenwünsche für Werkstatttermine entgegen, ordnen diese IT gestützt zu und wirken im Sinne eines Kund:innenerlebnisses an der Vorgangsvorbereitung sowie der Organisation der Kund:innenmobilität mit.
  • Sie sind hierbei die Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Serviceberater:innen und internen Fachstellen.
  • Darüber hinaus sind Sie über die Auftragsbearbeitung hinaus auch für die qualifizierte Rechnungslegung verantwortlich und können den Kund:innen ggf. auch Erläuterungen zu Rechnungsumfängen geben.
  • Sie bearbeiten Freigabeanforderungen gegenüber Leasing- und Versicherungsgesellschaften und übernehmen Aufgaben im Forderungsmanagement sowie diverse organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Bereich der Serviceberatung, nutzen hierfür auch digitale Plattformen und Tools.
  • Ihre Aufgabe ist ergänzend durch ein ständiges Mitwirken an der Optimierung von Abläufen und Qualitätsstandards geprägt.
