  • Du agierst als Solution Architect und entwirfst innovative und erfolgreiche Lösungen für fachliche Anforderungen.
  • Du übernimmst im Kundenteam die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Bereitstellung der Lösung.
  • Du agierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner für das eigene Team und Mitarbeiter des Kunden.
  • Du agierst als Coach und hilfst Deinen Kollegen und unseren Kunden, die Mentalität von ServiceNow besser zu verstehen und zu adaptieren.
  • Du nutzt den Werkzeugkasten von ServiceNow, um kundenbezogene Lösungen in Abstimmungen mit den Entwicklern zu entwerfen.
  • Du entwirfst Schnittstellen und Anbindungen von ServiceNow an andere Tools/Prozesse.
  • Du löst auch komplexe Problemstellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und stellst dabei immer den wirtschaftlichen Nutzen in den Vordergrund.
