Requirements

  • Knowledge of Nut Bolts, Allen Bolts, Maintenance Tools like Ratchets, Drill & Tapping, Mechanical Measuring tools like Vernier, Spirit Level, Height Gauge, Micrometre, Pressure Gauge

Responsibilities

  • 1. To understand and follow AZDP and Associated standards
  • 2. To attend Breakdowns, Service, Overhaul & Repair Production& Associated Equipment
  • 3. To collate, record Energy Meter Readings
  • 4. To maintain a record of Breakdowns and Spares consumed
  • 5. To organize and maintain spares and record their stock, inwarding & Outwarding
  • 6. To maintain 5S of the area
  • 7. To operate PDB, MCCB DB’s, Lighting DB’s & perform Changeover
  • 8. To Operate DG, Compressors and other utility equipment
  • 9. To perform Corrective, Preventive, Predictive & Condition Based Maintenance
  • 10. To operate basic Equipment like EOT Crane etc
