Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractors to help deliver the project on time and within budget in a daily basis and to provide the Construction Manager with reliable information from site activities (including 3 weeks look ahead schedule).
  • Create SOW on workforce management and manage contractors to ensure access for all workers required.
  • Manage contractors to submit WKRQ in time and form and lead the request with approvers.
  • Supervise the project planning, site contractors, ensure works including all interior fixings and equipment are completed to a satisfactory standards for Qc and Cx and coordinate works supervision at every shift.
  • Support hand over site walks and lead punch list completion from blue tag to green tag to ensure a satisfactory delivery to the client.
  • Work on multiple projects / areas at the same time.
  • Provide solutions for any blocker that the contractors might face and keeping existing areas/systems protected.
  • Own the material deliveries to Tesla and to contractors, own material storage in Tesla facilities (survey with materials storage constant update).
  • Escalate topics to Construction Manager.
