Responsibilities

  • 1. Provide security services, investigation and asset protection in designated area of responsibility, assist in mitigating shipment loss, and maintain customer satisfaction in accordance with India Security and Loss Prevention guidelines and policies.
  • 2. Collaborate and influence with stakeholders from business and operation functions.
  • 3. Plan, organize, coordinate, implement and execute processes and procedures laid down by the organization and the SLP function.
  • 4. Carry out investigation and data analysis to identify defects and take corrective actions.
  • 5. Identify potential pilferage opportunities and organized fraud and work closely with concerned stakeholders to mitigate the causes of losses.
  • 6. Ensure optimum utilization of resources to maintain high quality and timely support to Business teams.
  • 7. Conduct risk assessment and process audit for the respective sites and work in accordance with security policies and guidelines.
  • 8. Assist SLP Manager in day-to-day activities, planning, sourcing and executing processes and procedures.
  • 9. Ensure and maintain high quality and timely support to the Operations of the organization.

  • 27. Review and improve processes for loss prevention programs.
  • 28. Conduct quarterly assessments and maintain loss prevention reports.
  • 29. Gather feedback from shop floors and follow up on completion of CAPA.
  • 30. Review and improve scrap disposal auditing processes.
  • 31. Monitor vehicle in & out movement and conduct surprise checks at scrap yards and report findings.
  • 32. Ensure 95% serviceability of all systems.
  • 33. Ensure 100% training of all security guards.
  • 34. Control access & review access levels.
  • 35. Report on hygiene status & operational effectiveness of security gadgets.
  • 36. Schedule preventive maintenance for all security gadgets & improve as necessary.
  • 37. Conduct monthly review meetings with AMC vendor and provide updates.
  • 38. Report on new projects & completion status.
  • 39. Follow up on daily defects.
  • 40. Report & follow up on near misses, suspected movements & process violations at production.
  • 41. Work closely with ICQA team to analyze all unreconciled ASINs.
  • 42. Ensure quick completion of investigations and submission of reports.
  • 43. Conduct loss prevention audits and provide recommendations if necessary.
