Responsibilities

  • Optimize social programs through measurement and analysis to support company objectives
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in and understanding of social and digital metrics and trends.
  • Monitor and evaluate digital and social media results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and develop recommendations to improve against goals and benchmarks
  • Create and maintain a reporting system to deliver insights on content performance to key stakeholders.
  • Manages and evolves Sprinklr functionality and capabilities for social listening, performance analysis and reporting.
  • An ability to translate insights into action across channels to create breakthrough content
  • Deep understanding and user of social media with the ability to leverage the platforms to engage our target audience
  • Recommend and conduct A/B testing with social messaging, imagery, audience groups and social listening tools
  • Think strategically and be insightful with the ability to tell a story that converts data into actionable insights.
  • Be a change-agent within our team, helping to propose new, innovative approaches to analytics and measurement that push us to think differently.
