  • Experience in managing Paid media accounts, managing budgets and target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Topps Tiles Trade social channels
  • Creating social media content, scheduling posts, including but not limited to written captions, image, and video graphics
  • Responsible for the community management of the social media channels, ensuring customers and all other stakeholders are replied to, engaged with or assisted, in a timely and polite manner
  • Planning: Developing a posting schedule, and using software to schedule posts
  • Analysing: Tracking performance metrics, and reporting on results
  • Collaborating: Working with brands and influencers to create content and grow the channel
  • Researching: Identifying target audiences, and staying up to date on social media trends
  • Working with the Digital Channel Manager to manage paid social campaigns
  • Working with the Trade Event Coordinator to promote trade events in stores
  • Any other reasonable duties to help facilitate and/or support the Digital Channel Manager in their duties
