Responsibilities

  • The role presents significant opportunities for growth and development in a unique team which has enjoyed significant success and growth over the last 12 years.
  • Many of our cases are sensitive in nature and high profile.
  • The team undertakes EL/PL claims, Police malfeasance claims including false imprisonment, assault, negligence as well as breach of data protection legislation, the Equality Act, Human Right ACT and Judicial Reviews.
  • You will be working within a team that enjoys a wide variety of work types, representing both the public and private sector including numerous police forces, prisons, healthcare and education providers.
  • We also represent our clients at complex Article 2 jury inquests and Public Inquiries.
  • There is real scope to do a wide variety of work within the role and you will have you own cases as well as assist more experienced solicitors.
