What type of legal work will I be involved in?
You will be involved in Police Defendant Civil Litigation, Healthcare Advisory, Inquest and Public Inquiry representation, as well as EL/PL claims and claims related to police malfeasance.
What level of experience is required for this position?
We are looking for candidates with prior knowledge of the CPR/civil litigation experience. Specific levels (Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate/Legal Executive) will depend on your experience.
Is knowledge of police malfeasance and prison law necessary?
While knowledge of police malfeasance and prison law is desirable, it is not essential as full upskilling in these niche areas will be provided.
